Do girls like to be approached whey they are in groups?

It would be really akward for you to go up to a group of girls. Also, it would be akward for her/them, too. I'm a girl and one time this guy walked up to us and we just kinda stood there like, "Uh. . ." He was uncomfortable, too. So, I would talk to them if they were alone- maybe walking to go by a drink or walking towards a store alone or even the bathroom. It's easier this way and less akward!
