I want to adopt? New, so need some information ?

I'm currently 19, I know I'm far too young to adopt, but I'm planning for the future, because I've always seen myself as an adoptee. I plan on going to medical school and becoming a pediatrican. I want to start the adoption process when I finish med school (I'll be 28). I'm planning on adopting from a European country, maybe Lithuania, Russia, Norway, Belguim, Denmark, Finland, France, Poland, etc., since I have relatives from those areas. What would be my chances of going through a sucessful adoption if I'm single, wanting a newborn and have a good salary (let's say $120,000?)? Also, how would I help my adopted child cope if I also have my own child, who I gave birth to? How could I make that child feel included? Thanks for the info!
