Do girls care if I have acne and pimples?

I'm from Norway, and I'm a 14 year old boy. Now I'm on vacation in USA. I'm going to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Palm Springs and Las Vegas. And I'm only here with my parents, so I want to make some new friends. And I'm going to try to make female friends. But I don't know what they will think about my acne and pimples, I have acne on my forehead and maybe 1 or 2 pimples there and I got acne on my sides, with my ears. And I don't talk with american accent either, so my english can sound a little weird sometimes. But easily to understand though. Do girls really care about that? Or can I just go out making new friends now, without worrying what they will think? And where is great places to get to know new girls?
