Some advice on Japan snowboard camps winter and spring?

This Winter/Spring i want to go to some sweet shredding sessions in Japan but im 15 so i need it to be a camp style camp if any advice for some sweet camps up there that would be great thanks. (If any in New Zealand or Norway that would be cool too.)
