WHAT SHOULD I DOOO?!?

Okay so i moved to norway last year. I visited about to months ago and there was this guy that was in love with me before i left to move here and i didnt know it. Well he told me and i fell for him. Hard. He told me he loved me and that i meaned everything to him and trust me i could tell he meant it. When i said bye to him he almost started crying..I miss him so much. I still talk to him on facebook and have skyped with him a few times. I have no idea what to do with myself. I miss him so much, I want to move back to america becaus e i miss my friends SOOO much and i miss him SOOOOOO muchh. How should i convince my parents to move back? and what should i do about himm? should i just get over him or like whatt? but ps theres also this boy here in norway that says he loves me and my friends are saying hes gonna ask me out what should i say? PLIS ANSWER THESE 3 QUESTIONS!!
