Why are Mexicans very friendly and happy people?

stop trying to start something God made everyone equally and loves everyone even if you and others dont. racism is a sin in Gods eyes. for the bible says " whoever does not love their neighbor does not love God" "how dare you say that you love God but hate someone for their skin color or race"
